2025 Conference Registration

Online Registration will be available through November 4th.
Onsite Registration will be available at the Oncenter Syracuse.

• For current STANYS members: If your membership expires before November 10, 2025, you will need to renew your membership when registering for the conference.
• For non-members: You will be given the option to join when you are registering for the conference.​
• For pre-service teachers: Discount pricing is be available for students that are currently enrolled in a science education preparatory program. 
• Please see the refund policy at the bottom of this page before registering.
• Registration will include the choice of one subject-area breakfast and dinner on Saturday and Sunday. Additional breakfasts will be available for purchase. No lunches will be provided during the conference. 
• Special events, such as the Friday Night Event, Pre-Conference offerings, and the Fellows and Past Presidents Reception, will also be available for purchase during registration. Please see the conference schedule and the Special Events page for more information.

REFUND POLICY
Conference Registration Refund Policy:
Conference Registration refunds will be handled in the following manner:

• For a request made up to three weeks before the Conference (October 18, 2025), the full amount paid minus a $25 administrative fee will be refunded.

• Requests for full refunds after October 18th will not be granted as we are responsible for all costs associated with your conference registration. Requests for partial refunds due to extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. No partial refund will be given without a review of the specific details of the request.
