The following items can be added on to your purchase of a vendor space to continue to promote your services or products. Please note that if you are interested in some of the a la carte options, we encourage you to check out the Corporate Sponsorship section to see packages that will save your organization a little money toward your participation at the STANYS Annual Conference. Many of the a la carte items have limited quantities, so they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If an organization becomes a corporate sponsor, some of the items listed below may become unavailable or decreased in available quantity.

Conference Banner Advertisement: $400
All of the Annual Conference advertisements for the 2023 Annual Conference will be through the official Conference App Whova. If you have questions about the advertisement spaces on the Conference App, please email Jim Wanamaker at [email protected]. Sponsored Subject-Area Meals: $1,000 Meals are held for Conference attendees from each of our six subject areas. By sponsoring a meal, you will be provided signage at the meal, recognition in the Conference app, and recognition at our Annual Meeting on Saturday evening. You will also have up to 10 minutes to speak to luncheon attendees. One meal per subject area is available for purchase: biology, chemistry, earth science, physics, elementary, and intermediate. Invited Speaker Series: $2,000 There will be 2 invited speakers presenting during the day (one Saturday and one Sunday) as part of the Invited Speaker Series. By sponsoring the series, you will be provided signage throughout the Conference space, recognition in the Conference app, and recognition at our Annual Meeting on Saturday evening. You will also have up to 2 minutes to speak to attendees at each of the sessions. One Invited Speaker Series is available for purchase. Fellows Dinner Speaker Sponsorship: $2,000 By sponsoring the Fellows Dinner Speaker, you will be provided signage throughout the Conference space, recognition in the Conference app, and recognition at our Annual Meeting on Saturday evening. You will also have up to 2 minutes to speak to attendees at the dinner. You will receive 2 dinner tickets for the Fellows Dinner and signage will be provided at your table. The speaker is selected by the Conference Committee. One Fellows Dinner Speaker Sponsorship is available for purchase. Keynote Speaker Sponsorship: $3,000 By sponsoring the Keynote Speaker, you will be provided signage throughout the Conference space, recognition in the Conference app, and recognition at our Annual Meeting on Saturday evening. You will also have up to 2 minutes to speak to attendees at the dinner. You will receive 2 dinner tickets for the Saturday dinner and signage will be provided at your table. The speaker is selected by the Conference Committee. One Keynote Speaker Sponsorship is available for purchase. |
3-Hour Coffee Station: $375
A continuous Coffee Station will be set up in the Exhibit Hall to help drive foot traffic to the Exhibit Hall. Vendors will be recognized with signage at the Coffee Station and recognition in the Conference app. Three 3-hour Coffee Station sessions available for purchase. Sponsored Saturday Dinner Tables: $375 Dinner table sponsorships are available at Saturday’s annual banquet. By sponsoring a table, you get up to 2 free seats at the table (dinner included), signage indicating that you are the table sponsor, and recognition in the Conference app. This is a great opportunity to have extended time with some Conference attendees. 20 Dinner Tables are available for purchase. Recharge & Comfort Station: $1,000 Within the Exhibit Hall, an area will be set up during the weekend where Conference attendees can come in, relax for a few minutes, and charge their cell phone. Signage indicating the sponsor will be placed at the station. Additionally, recognition will be provided in the Conference app and at our Annual Meeting Saturday evening. This would be a great place to meet with teachers interested in discussing your product in more depth as well. One Recharge and Comfort Station is available for purchase. Makerspace: $1,000 Directly outside of the Exhibit Hall, several small sessions will be run from one vendor that sponsors the Makerspace area. The sessions will run concurrently with the schedule of the other workshop sessions. The vendor purchasing this sponsorship will receive signage at the Makerspace, recognition in the Conference app, and recognition at our Annual Meeting on Saturday evening. One Makerspace is available for purchase. Saturday Evening Entertainment: $4,000 Looking to sponsor the prime social event at the STANYS Annual Conference? Host a dance party, game night, dessert reception, or any another idea. The Saturday evening entertainment event runs from 9pm-12am. Secure this exclusive and fun opportunity to engage with STANYS educators. One Saturday Evening Entertainment is available for purchase. President's Reception: $2,000 On Sunday evening, the President will be hosting a dessert reception in the Marriott. Sponsors will be able to engage with STANYS leaders, members, and invited guests. The sponsor of the President's Reception will be highlighted at the Fellows Induction and Dinner. The President's Reception will run from 9-10:30pm on Sunday.
