​in the Oncenter Exhibit Hall on Saturday and Sunday.

When selecting your vendor space, please consider the following:

• Electrical Connections are not included in the pricing above (add $85 per 10' x 10' space).
• Space Assignment is strictly first-come, first-served.

🤝 Not-for-Profit Rate Available
We offer a reduced rate for Not-for-Profit (501c3) Organizations for the 10' x 10' vendor spaces. If you qualify for this status, please contact the Exhibits Chair at [email protected] for details.

STANYS cannot guarantee specific vendor space locations shown on the map below. As stated previously, all vendor spaces are assigned to companies on a first-come, first-served basis.

STANYS Welcome Reception

On Saturday afternoon, the Annual Conference highlights the Exhibits Hall and our exhibitors by organizing a Welcome Reception from 4 to 6pm. During this time before our Keynote Address, many of our participants enter the Exhibits Hall for the free refreshments and to meet with our vendors.
