Cancelation Policy
All notices of cancelation must be in writing to the Exhibits Chair, Jeffrey Radloff, at [email protected].
NOTICES OF CANCELATION PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2024
A partial refund will be made. A company that elects to cancel everything will be charged $125 to cover the Association administrative expenses. Companies that rented vendor space and purchased advertisements that elect to retain the advertisements will be charged the a la Carte Advertisement Rates for this service in the Conference App ($400 for Conference Banner Ad), plus $125 to cover the Association administrative expenses.

No monies will be returned if the vendor space is not resold by the Association. However, a partial refund may be made if the vendor space is resold by the Association:

- Companies that only rented a vendor space will be charged one half of the vendor space rental to cover the Association administrative expenses related to the late cancelation.
- Companies that rented a vendor space and included ads will be charged the cost of the a la Carte Advertisement Rates for this service in the Conference App ($400 for Conference Banner Ad), plus one half of the vendor space to cover the Association administrative expenses.
