As of 8/14: The Marriott is currently sold out. There are currently still rooms available at the Crowne Plaza.
As of 9/7: There are limited rooms at the Crowne Plaza. Please use the overflow vendor hotel space if you are looking to book a hotel for Friday and Saturday nights. The conference shuttle will only pick up at the Crowne Plaza and the Marriott, so if you book with the overflow hotels, you will need to use the Crowne Plaza stop for the shuttle.

Lunch Options
Lunch is not provided as part of conference registration. There will be food options available for credit card purchase in Exhibit Hall B during the assigned lunch breaks. There will be different events in the Exhibit Hall during the lunch breaks, such as the vendor raffles and the Geeky T-Shirt contest. Be sure to check out the conference schedule for more happenings during the lunch break in the Exhibits Hall!
Additionally, you can check out the two restaurants on the ground level of the Marriott or walk next door to the Salt City Market, which boasts many different international food options. Last, within a short walk, you can visit the many different restaurants in the Armory Square! Be sure to check out the Visit Syracuse kiosk in the Oncenter Convention Center for more food and entertainment ideas in the area.

Parking
If you are driving to the conference, there are parking options at both the Marriott and the Oncenter. Additionally, if you are staying at the Crowne Plaza, there is an adjacent parking garage. The daily cost for each of the parking facilities are as follows:
- Oncenter Convention Center: $6 per day
- Marriott Parking: $10 per day (Look for Purple and White Signs NOT the old Hotel Syracuse Parking Garage attached to the hotel)
- Crowne Plaza: Free for hotel guests
Bus Schedule
Buses will run between the conference locations on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. There will be three dedicated, continuous loops between the Oncenter and the following hotels:

- Bus Loop #1: Clarion Pointe and Oncenter
- Bus Loop #2: Parkview, Collegiate (back parking lot), Marriott (by valet parking), and Oncenter
- Bus Loop #3: Comfort Inn/Holiday Inn (Liverpool) and Oncenter (Please note: There will be one stop in Liverpool since the two hotels are across the street from one another)
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 2ND
- 7AM-9:30AM: Hotel pick-ups with drop-offs at both the Marriott and Oncenter
- 12PM-1:30PM: Transport attendees between Oncenter and hotels
- 4PM-6PM: Transport attendees between Oncenter and hotels
- 7:30PM-9:30PM: Transport attendees between Oncenter and hotels

- 7AM-9:30AM: Hotel pick-ups with drop-offs at both the Marriott and Oncenter

Hotel Information
- All Conference attendees are responsible for making their own Hotel Reservations.
- Arrangements have been made for special conference room rates with the Marriott Syracuse Downtown and the Crowne Plaza Syracuse.
- Each hotel has a link to a page to access the 2024 STANYS Conference Rates. To view the the individual hotel pages for hotel specific information, see the links below.
- Attendees are strongly encouraged to contact the hotel as soon as possible. There are a limited number of rooms that are available at the "Conference Rate" and there is a cutoff date imposed by the hotels. When the room block has been reached or after the deadline, rooms at both locations will likely not be available.
- Both conference hotels are ADA compliant.
- Exhibitors: please use the separate hotel booking page for the room block set aside for you.
