STANYS has reserved a dedicated hotel block for exhibitors for the 2026 conference covering Friday and Saturday nights. This exclusive block, secured due to high event volume in Syracuse that weekend, ensures exhibitor accommodations.

Parking
If you are driving to the conference, there are parking options at your hotel and the Oncenter Convention Center (site of exhibit hall). The daily cost for each of the parking facilities are as follows:
- Oncenter Convention Center: $6 per day
- Aloft Syracuse Inner Harbor: Free for hotel guests
Exhibitors are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.
