What Opportunities Do I Have As An Exhibitor?
STANYS has many ways to highlight your products or services outside of our Exhibits Hall. We traditionally have approximately 600 P-16 educators from across the state, including state science leaders and administrators.

Can I Present a Workshop?
Exhibitors are welcome to submit a workshop proposal for consideration for the conference schedule. The workshop proposal must meet the requirements for CTLE credit in order to be eligible for approval by the Conference Committee. Additionally, exhibitors must either purchase a vendor space or agree to become a corporate sponsor in order to present at the STANYS Annual Conference. The deadline for submitting a workshop proposal is May 31, 2024. No late submissions will be accepted.
